Founder & Director of Aura Maker
Marine D’Aguanno is the founder and director of Aura Maker, an international consultancy dedicated to luxury hospitality wellness. Renowned for her strategic vision and operational excellence, she designs bespoke spa experiences aligned with the DNA of the world’s most iconic properties — in France and abroad.
With 17 years of industry expertise, Marine defines the creative direction, quality standards, and business models of each project she leads. Her 360° approach includes brand positioning, spa architecture, treatment design, brand partnerships, financial structuring, HR, and launch coordination.
She places guest experience at the heart of every mission, enhancing each property's heritage while addressing the modern expectations of the wellness market. She is also regularly called upon to train in-house teams and optimise post-launch performance.
Marine holds qualifications in advanced aesthetics, an MBA in Hospitality Management, and an executive certificate from ESSEC Business School in Innovation & Service Strategy. She is recognised today as a leading wellness consultant in the luxury hospitality sector.

Art - Communication director
Anaëlle is an art director specializing in brand positioning, visual identity, and creative direction for photography. At Aura Maker, she leads the creative vision across brand image, digital experience, and visual storytelling.
Her committed approach resonates strongly with the worlds of wellness and cosmetics, notably through collaborations with brands such as Kiko, Merci Handy, Cuure, My Lubie, and Hilo.

Interior Architect
Valérie is an interior architect with over a decade of experience exploring multiple aspects of the design process. Her expertise and passion drive high-end, thoughtful design solutions. She ensures the right implementation of standards and a meticulous attention to detail throughout each project.

With a background in pharmaceutical botany, Sandrine brings scientific expertise and a deep understanding of natural ecosystems to the wellness industry.
